The minutes of the meetings of 5 September, 26 September and 17 October 2017 were agreed as correct records and signed by the Chairman.

PUBLIC FORUM – Ms Middleton said that there was a defibrillator at the tennis club in Woolhope. She would find out more and let them know.

105/17. VILLAGE HALL
The Chairman had found that the CCTV had been turned off.
The outside lights were not working. There was an inspection soon and the Chairman would raise it.
Quote to replace broken rendering at the front of the extension – £700 – agreed.
To obtain quote:
(1) Painting and repairs to front of the main hall
(2) Replacing and repairing wood to the side of the hall and painting
(3) Painting the rear of the hall
Work to be carried out as soon as possible.
To consider refurbishment of the outside toilets.

(1) Mr Lindsay to prepare a leaflet – 150 copies for distribution, website and Hereford Times
(2) Mrs Lawson to set up Facebook page

Work was in hand.
Mrs Harris was looking into this.
112/17. COMMEMORATIVE TREE
Mr David Gardiner had refurbished the original plaque and donated a new one and fixed them to the railings. The Clerk to write to thank him.

(1) General road maintenance – problems should be reported on the Herefordshire Council website.
(2) Causeway – no report
(3) Lengthsman/PROW – the lengthsman had cleared some of the litter and moss from Wyelands.
(4) The Safety Partnership was still carrying out checks in the village.

Mr Bishop had found some signs and put them up on the existing posts.
